This personalized slate coaster is engraved with your own photo. Your image becomes a unique, personal keepsake and a special memento for couples, families, and loved ones.

PERSONALIZATION:

After placing your order, please send me your desired photo via Etsy messages. It's best to include your order number.

Your photo will be carefully prepared by me for laser engraving and adapted to the shape of the coaster.

TIPS FOR A GOOD RESULT:

A photo that is as sharp and well-exposed as possible.
Faces should be clearly recognizable.
Avoid using strong filters if possible.
It's best to send the original file instead of a screenshot.
Important areas of the image should not be cut off.

The better the quality of the submitted photo, the more detailed the engraving can be. If a photo is unsuitable, I will contact you.

NOTE ON NATURAL MATERIAL:

Slate is a natural product. Shape, thickness, color, surface and edges may vary slightly from the product images.

The result of the laser engraving can also vary in lightness, darkness, or intensity depending on the structure and nature of the slate. These natural variations are not defects and make each coaster a unique, individual piece.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Please clean only with a soft, slightly damp cloth. The coaster is not dishwasher safe and should not be soaked in water for extended periods.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE PHOTO:

Please only send images that you are authorized to use. By submitting the photo, you confirm that you have the necessary usage rights and, where applicable, the consent of the people depicted.

CANCELLATION AND COMPLAINTS:

Since the item is individually manufactured according to your specifications and with your personal photo, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Your legal rights in the event of damaged, defective or differing items from the order remain unaffected, of course.

All prices shown are total prices. In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), sales are exempt from VAT. Therefore, no VAT is shown. Any applicable shipping costs are displayed separately on Etsy.
